How can I return an item?
To return an item, please reach out to our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your purchase to discuss the return process.
What is your return policy?
In the unlikely event that issues arise, we have established terms and conditions to protect both buyers and sellers. Key points: Free cancellations before item dispatch, refunds for damaged or incorrect items, and a 14-day window for return requests. Customers are responsible for arranging and covering shipping costs for returns. Refunds will be issued once the item is returned in its original condition; however, if the item is damaged or not in its original state, we may decline the refund. Please note that the right to return does not apply to non items such as commission pieces or made-to-order items. Customers are encouraged to review listing details prior to purchase, as all items sold are second-hand furniture and may show signs of wear. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, customers may return items if they are faulty, misleading, or damaged during transport. In such cases, customers must notify us and provide photographic evidence. Alternatively, items can be rejected upon delivery.
